This is Jonah’s elmo/cookie monster radio….

These are AA batteries…

This is Jonah’s Radio on drugs…
…Any Questions?
Saturday afternoon, Jonah and I decided to do some painting.
We went into the basement, put on our grubbies and got to work. This is what happened! You can hardly tell I helped, or that Jonah stepped on it!
Until next time,

Daddy-O took off Friday so he could get in some quality familytime before Lake Michigan freezes over. Speaking of Lake Michigan, THAT’S where we went!
Here are a bunch of pictures of Van Buren State Park, the town of South Haven and our campsite. It was wet…really wet.

Here’s a short snippet of our Family Reunion on July 4th. This video is from underneath the trampoline. Don’t worry, only kids less than 30 LB’s were bouncing

The elementary school next door is installing some brand new “safer” playground equipment! Jonah and I decided to try out the finished portions.
You may now go back to ordering beanie-babies.

Wow, have we had an adventurous weekend! There are two subjects in this post. These involve bikes and babes (Jonah (and Jessie
)).

We’ll start with the babes. This is our new kiddie pool. At first Jonah was wading in his t-shirt and diapers like I had planned on, but then I turn my head for one second and find him sitting down! It was too late at that point to go inside to grab his swimming trunks so I just let him play in his diaper and crocks. Suffice it to say that those storebought diapers can hold a volume of liquids that UI had not witnessed until today. Enjoy the show… .
So, onto the bike… Back when I was at the moped rally, I had told one of the guys that my bike doesn’t hit the speed after 10 minutes from a stop like it does the first 5 minutes. He said “you should check the transmission fluid level.” Here we are, August 1st, and that was in May. I finally got around to “changing” the fluid. I looked up the directions online and found out what type of fluid to get, along with specific instructions. Very handy. I had also noticed that my bike drips a fluid underneath it. I had just assumed it was oil. A puddle started accumulating quite rapidly this week and i noticed that the throttle was a little sticky.
(I had tightened all the bolts in various locations on the moped, with Jonah’s “help,” yesterday and noticed that I was missing a couple of bolts on the tranny. hmm….that’s odd.) I replaced one and will go to the store this coming week.
So tonight i proceeded to follow the directions from online that i had recieved and prepared to take the nut out of the bottom of the transmission to let it drain out the fluid. I loosen, unbolt and expext a quick pouring of red liquid…I got nothing. I had been running really low and empty for I don’t know how long. So, I put in the proper amount and Voila! no more sticky throttle and the engine sounded really really happy.
Also I replaced the rear tire a couple of days ago. Here’s a picture of it next to the front tire, and next to the new rear tire. One of these things is not like the other. : )

Til Next Time,
Father Abraham
